Support to find and keep the right job for you

At Castle, we create opportunities for people with disability to find sustainable employment and thrive in the workplace.

If you live with a disability, mental health condition, illness, injury or other barrier, we can support you to find and keep the right job.

We have been setting the standard for disability employment services (DES) in the Newcastle, Hunter, Lake Macquarie and Central Coast regions for over 30 years.

We know that everyone's journey to finding work is different. We listen to you so we can understand your goals, help you develop the skills you need, and address any challenges on your path to finding employment.

At Castle, we assist you to:

Identify interests and explore your career options
Develop skills, including accessing education and training to qualify you for work opportunities
Create a resume, practise interview skills and search for suitable vacancies
Connect with our wide network of employers who champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Keep your current job if it is at risk due to illness, injury or disability
Receive ongoing support at work (if you require it), as well as provide wage subsidies to employers
Explore our NDIS supports, if suitable.
